LimeLeads will not collect other types of personal information that is unrelated or different without providing you with prior notification.
Disclosure or Sale of Personal Information and the Right to Opt-Out
LimeLeads sells personal information collected from public sources on the internet to customers via our database. The LimeLeads database contains information on companies and business people including names, work email address, job title, employer, phone number, social media profile links, company address, company phone numbers, company social media accounts. Information sold by LimeLeads is for the purpose of business to business marketing and sales and recruiting. All information sold is bound by a licensing agreement and limited to marketing, sales and recruiting activities.
You have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information by LimeLeads by visiting our Privacy Center and submitting a Do Not Sell My Info Request or emailing privacy@limeleads.liqteq.us. Before we can comply with requests we must check your identity by verifying you have control over the email inbox associated with the profile(s) in question. If we are unable to verify control via email you can contact us about alternative verification methods.

As a California resident, you have the right to request access to you personal information in LimeLeads database and a report on the use of personal information over the last twelve months. Once we receive your request, we will need to verify your identity before we disclose the following information:

As a California resident, you can make two verifiable requests for access or data portability in a twelve month period. When you are requested to verify your identity you must provide sufficient information for LimeLeads to reasonably verify you are the person and provide instructions that LimeLeads can understand, assess and execute.
If you make a request for personal information and we cannot verify your identity we cannot comply with your requests. LimeLeads makes it easy to verify your identify by demonstrating you control the email address associated with the user account and/or profile. Information provided in a verification request will only be used for verification purposes.
Response Time and Format
LimeLeads will try to respond to a verified request within 30 days of receipt. If additional time is required we will notify you via mail or email notification. All information disclosed will cover the last twelve months prior to the verified request was received. If we cannot comply with your request we will respond with an explanation. For a data portability request, we will use a format that makes the information readily usable and easy to transmit between parties. LimeLeads does not charge for verifiable requests unless they are excessive, repetitive or malicious in intent. If a verifiable requests is deemed to require a fee we will notify you before complete your request.
No Discrimination
LimeLeads will not discriminate against people exercising any CCPA rights.
Changes to Privacy Statement
LimeLeads reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement. Make sure to regularly review this Privacy Statement. We will provide a notification for significant changes to this statement via email or a notification on our website’s homepage.
